Colombians are used to living in a country at war and that is the worst; understand war as our habitat and peace as a utopia. Therefore it is necessary to make educational communities nationwide, from the historical and social, around the armed conflict and its resolution: it is essential that children and youth of the country back to the early rejection reaction and aversion to war and death, to stop this scenario to understand as natural and understand that the country's future must be different to this.
To achieve real awareness generation to manage the country's future, it is necessary to motivate children and youth to make a commitment to feel itself the mission to make Colombia a country at peace, thus involving both educational communities public schools and private, in a research project, analysis and participation around the peacebuilding.
Hello martha as curious I tell you that in many schools is celebrated the day of peace in my concept is a fantastic idea which serves to highlight the importance of peace and non-violence in education, through solidarity and respect for human rights.
